When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Vino CEO reserves the right to accept or decline any order. An order is not accepted until we confirm it and your payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellations may not always be possible once an order is confirmed. If an order is declined, modified, or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You warrant that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

Once the product is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

Vino CEO is powered by Shopify, but all sales on our store are made directly with Vino CEO – onderdeel van Pure One Products.
Shopify is not responsible for your transactions, products purchased, or any issues arising from your order.
You expressly release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases.
