Shipping policy
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
During peak periods (such as holidays or large promotional events), processing may take longer.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If an item is out of stock or requires additional processing time, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination and the selected shipping method at checkout. All delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
Typical delivery expectations:
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Other International Destinations: 7–21 business days
Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Order weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update, depending on the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Vino CEO is not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Delays resulting from address errors
- Additional fees charged for address corrections
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@pure-one.nl. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
However, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier if your package is:
- Marked as delivered but not received
- Severely delayed
- Missing in transit
Please allow the carrier’s investigation process (typically 5–10 business days).
Vino CEO cannot issue refunds or replacements until the investigation is completed.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pure-one.nl with:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
- Your order number
We will review the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the outcome.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to:
- VAT
- Import duties
- Handling fees
- Customs inspection delays
These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices (unless explicitly stated) and must be paid by the customer. Vino CEO is not responsible for customs delays.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs (charged by the carrier) will be deducted from your refund
- Additional handling or customs fees may also be deducted if applicable
Pre-Order or Backorder Items
If your order includes pre-order or backorder items:
- The expected shipping date will be displayed on the product page
- Your order will ship once all items are available
- In some cases, we may ship available items separately
If timelines change, you will be notified by email.
